Symposium Protein Transition in the Supermarket

Questionmark organised a symposium to present a method to measure animal versus plant-based products in the sales of Dutch supermarkets. This remarkable collaboration, with supermarkets first developing this method and now implementing it, enables harmonious monitoring of the protein transition for the first time. Superlist Green 2023 in The Netherlands will use this indicator and give a baseline measurement after the summer.
