Nina Charbon

Communications Manager

I hold degrees in Business Economics and Business Studies, but post-graduating I realised marketing and communications suited me better than pure numbers. Living in Australia for eight years deepened my connection to nature, inspiring me to shift my career from commercial brands to non-profits focused on climate and food. My career with environmental NGOs has centred on driving real-world impact, from cutting food and plastic waste to promoting healthier, more sustainable lifestyles. Questionmark sits at the intersection of those passions, making it the perfect place for me to apply my experience and help drive meaningful change in the food system.

My focus is shaping our external communications across several projects, while refining our organisational positioning together with the comms team. Because we collaborate with and aim to influence a wide range of stakeholders, choosing the right tools and strategy to reach them is key.

As a marketing and communications generalist, I bring solid non-profit experience alongside a proven ability to collaborate with stakeholders and build trust across complex projects. My experience helps translate complex research into clear, compelling stories that resonate with people.

While small individual actions matter, I believe retailers and governments carry real responsibility for driving systemic change toward a healthier, more sustainable and fair food system. That belief is what makes this work personal to me.
