  • The trend towards price parity between the two continues.
  • For the first time, consumers at Lidl now pay €0.61 less for a plant-based shopping basket than when filled with animal-sourced products.
  • On average, the price difference in 2024 is 16%, stemming from 53% in 2022 and 25% in 2023.
