Europe's second-largest supermarket chain published a target last week to increase the share of plant-based proteins in their sales by 6% over the next 10 years - from 54% in 2024 to 60% in 2035. This announcement comes after the symposium for Superlist Environment Germany and right in the middle of Questionmark's data collection for Superlist Environment Europe.
